Larger group classes
Every class is different, with two distinct divisions to focus on different goals. SAS and LIFT classes are our resistance based classes and are designed to build lean muscle and strength. BOX, BEAST and VERSA are metabolic workouts to torch fat and build muscle tone.
Small Groups Personal Training (SGPT)
Personal training, without the price tag and a community spirit to help encourage you to push further. With max 6 clients per class, these sessions combine slower paced movements and faster paced cardio bursts. Although each session is loosely programmed – SGPT allows for bespoke adaptions depending on your abilities and goals. With SGPT you will be taught how to move and breath correctly, so if you feel a little rusty on your techniques – this is the class for you! It is also a no judgement zone.
1-2-1 Personal Training
Truly bespoke training, every exercise will be selected just for you and your goals. We take into consideration, how much you are training (even activity outside of the studio), stress levels, lack of sleep plus a multitude of other factors to deliver you the best workout that you need to achieve your goals
