Josh has been coaching and training people since 2011 and has experience both training groups and individuals in a variety of different disciplines. He loves a challenge and gets very competitive in most things he does which is why he loves a class with a competitive twist. Professionally Josh has gained many qualifications starting with a degree in Sports Science. He is always learning and since graduating has not stopped gaining knowledge from posture assessment, corrective exercise, Kettlebells, Circuits and even Sports Massage. You’ll always find him with a smile on his fave while pushing you in a class or training session to achieve great things!

Hayley Woodruff

Hayley has always had a passion for sport and fitness, starting at a young age this love for exercise became a huge part of her adult life enabling her to stay mentally and physically strong, focused and sane during a successful 10 year Advertising career. Having made the plunge to work full time in the fitness industry she believes that most peoples barriers with exercising start in the mind which once overcome the possibilities are endless. Luke Hamerton

A qualified level 3 personal trainer, who has been running hiit boot camps for the last 2 years and private one to one clients, specialising in strength training and weight loss, progressing forward into a performance enhancement specialty as well as a corrective exercise specialty. Ex rugby captain and coach. Passion for all sports. Luke loves working as a team and with individuals.

Greg White

Greg is Head of Boxing at Body Society. He has an extensive background in boxing; both as a fighter and coach. With over 12 years of experience traveling the fighting world, boxing in big competitions and also training amateur and professional boxers competing in televised events. He has coached in gyms all across London ranging from boutique fitness studios to spit and sawdust boxing gyms. He specialises in technical boxing training, strength and conditioning training, body shaping and fat loss training. Expect great energy, the best music and inspirational quotes. He is looking forward to getting you all in fighting shape!

Chloe Gibson

Chloe is full of energy and she brings this to her classes, making sure clients leave feeling sweaty and satisfied! Chloe was a swimmer in her youth, so developed a discipline for training and learnt what dedication and hard work can do - and a love of early mornings! She joined the fitness industry originally as a personal trainer to help build peoples strength and confidence. But, she quickly found a love for boxing and the class environment. In her own training she likes to challenge herself to improve both fitness and skill - practicing what she preaches! In her classes you can expect to learn the fundamentals and give 100% right to the last second. Have fun, but no slacking!

Bradley Spencer

Bradley is a personal trainer and professional boxer. He has worked in the fitness industry since the age of 16 conducting group classes, personal training and boxing coaching. He is a young, enthusiastic trainer, who is results driven and will push you to your limits to bring out your absolute best and guide you towards your goals. He has worked with a variety of clientele ranging from your general gym user, reality TV stars and professional athletes; all of which achieve their expectations. His key specialities include weight loss, body conditioning and boxing pad work. With seven years experience working across London he makes working out fun and extremely rewarding. Leo is a professional fighter and local West London gent, with a true passion for coaching the sweet science of boxing/ Thai boxing. He has competed in Muay Thai professionally, K1, boxing nationally and has the pleasure to teach at all levels. These accolades lead to invitations to run classes for publications, brands, corporate businesses and cornering fights.
