Pre and Post Natal

We know first hand about being a new mom and exercise slipping to the bottom of your priorities.

We carry out an initial assessment to create a bespoke programme that will help you feel like yourself again.  If you’re pregnant we will work with your growing bump to design a safe and effective workout.  After birth, our specialist trainers have a vast of experience with Diastasis separation, back pain, weakened pelvic floor, pelvic prolapse and Caesarean sections.

Our trainers love babies and will keep and eye on your little one throughout the workout.  We also have a lift in the studio to help with buggies, car seats and all the extra items that babies seem to bring!  Or we can come to your home to save the journey.
