Pre and Post Natal
We know first-hand the exhaustion pregnancy and being a new mum brings, which can lead to exercise slipping to the bottom of your priorities. With this in mind, we have purposefully designed our MUM & BABY class to be fun, friendly and full of all the necessary exercise you need during pregnancy and motherhood to keep you feeling at your best.
Both expert trainers, Ambar & Jo, have over a decade of experience, top UK level pre & post-natal qualifications and further international recognition.
Babies are more than welcome to come along to sessions. We have ample space for prams, car seats and a lift for easy access.
MUM & BABY CLASS – Every Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am for our Mum & Baby group class that is suitable throughout pregnancy and up to one year post birth.
We keep our groups small so that we can really focus on you. Each class structure is different to keep things fresh, expect a circuit style workout with various options for all abilities and exercises that allow you to hold/ sling carry a baby.
Our community is one that aims to provide information, support and laughter throughout pregnancy and motherhood.

One to one training sessions are ideal if you are nervous about exercising during pregnancy or returning to exercise post birth. These sessions are tailored to you and allow us to focus on specific areas of weakness, pain and strength training. Prices start from £70 per hour.
