Don’t want to wait until June? Then small group PT is for you!
SMALL GROUP P.T
Join us for our small group PT sessions. In these sessions our trainers can pinpoint any areas for improvement, reset focus, adjust techniques and ultimately improve your workout productivity, but with a very competitive price point and the buzz of training with like-minded people.
If you are feeling nervous about starting or returning to fitness we highly recommend joining our small group P.T before attending any of the faster paced and less technically assisted classes. These classes are open to all abilities and fitness levels and capped at 6 people per session, so you really get time with the coach and they get to know you and what you are capable of in a safe and welcoming studio.
Already train with us? Then small group PT isn’t meant to replace your class workouts but complement them by running alongside. So that you get the most out of your time in the gym and ultimately smash your goals and feel fantastic. No matter what your fitness level – these group P.T sessions will challenge you and give you a great workout.
