SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING (SGPT)

Whether you are fit and want to push your limits further or if you are just starting out, our SGPT is for you.  By training in groups of up to six people with one coach, you get all the benefits of PT; tips on form, what weights you should be lifting and a correctly formatted programme so that you reach your goals in minimal time.  Plus the community of training with others and the group support to help you reach those goals!

Our expertise ranges from strength and conditioning training to boxing, weight loss and nutrition.  The coaches will modify exercises to suit you, we don’t do one size fits all.

SGPT is completely flexible to fit your times, we currently run sessions at –

8am Monday – Friday

9:30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday

6:30pm Tuesday and Thursday

8:45 on Saturdays

Classes are one hour and £30 per session.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
