Founders Jo and Andy have decades of fitness industry experience between them, they designed Body Society to deliver the most complete workouts for body and mind alike. Workouts that are efficient, goal-driven and most importantly enjoyable (and thus sustainable!).
The Body Society timetable is structured around 5 key pillars; Lift, Box, Climb, Hit and Yoga. Shaped by years of research, our fitness classes have all been uniquely designed to physically challenge your body in every way to produce results. They also tap into mental conditioning so you leave empowered and on an endorphin high!

Following the same mindset as our group classes, we offer a bespoke and holistic approach to your physical wellness, incorporating all our training pillars, as well as tailored nutritional advice and meal plans.
