About

Founders Jo and Andy have decades of fitness industry experience between them, they designed Body Society to deliver the most complete workouts for body and mind alike. Workouts that are efficient, goal-driven and most importantly enjoyable (and thus sustainable!).

The Body Society timetable is structured around 5 key pillars; Lift, Box, Climb, Hit and Yoga. Shaped by years of research, our fitness classes have all been uniquely designed to physically challenge your body in every way to produce results. They also tap into mental conditioning so you leave empowered and on an endorphin high!

If you want to take your training to the next level and really focus on specific results designed to you, we also offer one to one personal training. Following the same mindset as our group classes, we offer a bespoke and holistic approach to your physical wellness, incorporating all our training pillars, as well as tailored nutritional advice and meal plans.

By structuring your personal fitness programmes around the latest scientific research we are able to offer workouts and nutrition advice that will get you the best results.

Josh has 8 years experience as a fitness coach, his expertise spans group and personal training across a variety of different disciplines. He loves a challenge and gets very competitive in most things he does which is why he loves a class with a competitive twist! Professionally Josh has gained many qualifications starting with a degree in Sports Science and since adding posture assessment, corrective exercise, Kettlebells, Circuits and even Sports Massage to his repertoire. You’ll always find him with a smile on his face and ready to push you to achieve great things!

Hayley Woodruff

Hayley has always had a passion for sport and fitness, starting at a young age this love for exercise became a huge part of her adult life enabling her to stay mentally and physically strong, focused and sane during a successful 10 year Advertising career. Having made the plunge to work full time in the fitness industry she believes that most peoples barriers with exercising start in the mind & once overcome the possibilities are endless. "The human body is an incredible instrument that if you learn to love and respect it, it’ll reward you in more ways than you thought possible! A strong mind is key to building a strong body”

Luke Hamerton

Luke is an experienced level 3 personal trainer with a passion for all sports! An ex rugby captain and coach he knows how to get the best out of a group. He runs both group classes & personal training, specialising in strength training and weight loss. With his infectious energy you can’t not enjoy his classes!

Chloe Gibson

Chloe is full of energy and she brings this to her classes! Chloe was a swimmer in her youth, so developed a discipline for training and learnt what dedication and hard work can do! She joined the fitness industry as a personal trainer helping to build clients strength and confidence however she quickly found a love for boxing and teaching classes! In her own training she likes to challenge herself - practicing what she preaches! In her classes you can expect to learn the fundamentals and give 100% right to the last second. Have fun, but no slacking!

Bradley Spencer

Bradley is a personal trainer and professional boxer. He has worked in the fitness industry since the age of 16 teaching group classes, personal training & boxing. He’s an enthusiastic trainer, who is results driven and will push you to your limits to bring out your absolute best! His key specialities include weight loss, body conditioning and boxing pad work. He has a star studded roster of past clients from reality TV stars to professional athletes but no matter the client, he’ll always get you exceeding your goals!

Leo Mercurio

Leo is a professional fighter and local West London gent, with a true passion for coaching the sweet science of boxing. He has competed in Muay Thai professionally, K1, boxing nationally and has the pleasure to teach at all levels. Whether you are an absolute beginner, astute pro or corporate busy-bee, Leo believes boxings psychology, fundamentals and philosophy are transferable in all aspects of life. You can expect an energised, technically focused and dynamic work out. Engaged to improve muscle tone, stamina and speed to keep you firing at your body's best. Watch out for the odd 80’s classic tune or two in his classes!

JJ Stone

JJ is an ex-Professional dancer, turned Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and WBFF Fitness Pro. After leaving the dancing world in 2014, JJ turned her passion for fitness into a career. After working and teaching at various gyms and boutique studios, she is a fabulous addition to the Body Society team! You can catch her teaching in Studio 1!

Natasha Lee

Natasha teaches a strong, dynamic flow with playful sequencing. Attention is drawn to how and where we hold emotional tension and stress in the body, and ways movement and breath can be used to release this. Her aim for every session is to ensure students leave feeling better than when they came in. Don’t underestimate this class though, you’ll earn your savasana…expect to sweat and smile in this practice!

Georgia Emms

Georgia's yoga journey began 4 years ago, she is a 200 RYT® with a background in Sports Science and Human Nutrition. Her creative sequences are mindful but dynamic allowing students to strip back the layers and get back into their bodies. Expect fun & fluid transitions between poses with a focus on breath and alignment. Her aim is for every student to step off their mat at the end of class feeling more physically, mentally and emotionally balanced.

Lily Gredley

Lily comes from a background of equestrian showjumping where she competed internationally for years until she became a full time Level 3 qualified personal trainer in 2013. Lily is friendly and smiley but don’t let that fool you, she loves to get the best out of you and push you to your limits when it comes to training! She also specialises in pre and post natal training, working regularly with new and expectant mums.
