Founders Jo and Andy started Body Society with the vision of building a community of like-minded people in our pocket of Fulham. They wanted a studio that welcomes ALL abilities and ages, a space to come together, workout and smash fitness goals with zero intimidation!
The Body Society timetable is structured around 5 key pillars; Lift, Boxing, Climb, HIIT and Stretch. We offer a varied timetable for a reason! This paired with our frequently updated class programming ensures your body is always being challenged and avoids a slow down in results.

Following the same mindset as our group classes, we offer a bespoke and holistic approach to your physical wellness, incorporating all our training pillars, as well as tailored nutritional advice and meal plans.
