5 Tips for your first class
5 TIPS FOR YOUR FIRST BODY SOCIETY CLASS
1. ARRIVE EARLY
As we are a small studio, we usually spot new faces, so we will always come to say hi and try to put you at ease! Arriving early means we can spend some extra time with you explaining how the class works and going through demos. Don’t feel worried about asking how anything works or asking for a repeat demonstration!
2. STICK TO YOUR OWN PACE
Starting with a lower weight or slower pace will help you get the correct form and build the foundations required to really push later. Without these fundaments you will never get the best results from your workout. Remember everyone starts somewhere.
3. BRING A FRIEND
Find someone to come with you! Exercise is always more fun with friends, plus it’s someone to hold you accountable!
4. ASK US
We would love to hear about your goals and advise on the best mix of classes for you. We offer a variety of classes for a reason! The best results for fitness and aesthetics comes when we mix things up and keep our bodies guessing,
